CYCLISTS WANTED FOR TOUR DE HABITAT BIKE RIDE THIS SATURDAY! SAVE $5.00 BY REGISTERING ONLINE!
Habitat for Humanity of Utah County will be holding the first annual Tour de Habitat Bike Ride this Saturday, September 12th. The fun benefit ride will go throughout Utah County with stops at several Habitat homes, where you can see the homes, meet some of the Habitat families, and load up on snacks and drinks provided by Harmon's and other sponsors. There are three ride options: 13 miles, 30 miles and 60 miles. The ride begins at 8 a.m. at Harmon's on 800 East and 800 North in Orem. The entry fee is $15 for students and $20 for others if you pre-register online at www.habitatuc.org. It's an additional $5 if you register the day of the event. Among the goodies you'll receive is a pair of quality biking socks sponsored by Park's Sportsman. All proceeds go toward Habitat's local affordable housing efforts.
