Corporate Sports Challenge

Kids on the Move is hosting a corporate sports challenge on May 22 at Utah Valley University. They need 50 volunteers to register teams, serve as referees, keep score, and clean up. Two shifts are available: 7:30 AM - Noon and 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

To volunteer for this opportunity, contact Jennifer Stewart at (801) 221-9930 extension 124, or at jstewart@kotm.org.

Classroom Audit

Academic Scheduling is partnering with Facilities and Media Services to conduct a campus classroom audit this summer. This means taking a physical inventory of every classroom (# desks/chairs, special equipment, etc.). The information is crucial to Academic Scheduling's ability to effectively schedule course sections each semester.

As each partner in this project has very limited resources, we are requesting volunteers to assist. We would like to complete the project by May 29, but are flexible into June. Our estimate is 50 man hours.
